There’s nothing quite like leading a school. Every day, Headteachers face new opportunities, challenges, frustrations, and joys. Heads must be well-equipped to deal with anything that comes their way. 

As we move into a future dominated by new technology and as Headteachers strive to lead in a world upturned by the COVID-19 pandemic, Heads need to be more engaged than ever – each playing a vital role in supporting their team and pupils, equipping them with the necessary skills to deal with the challenges of tomorrow.

Leading a school, however, can often be a lonely job. With only one Head at each school, there are all too few opportunities to discuss issues and strategies with fellow Heads. School Leaders Network aims to correct this. We have created a platform that puts you in touch with your peers, providing a forum where Heads from across the United Kingdom can pick each other’s brains, share experiences and bounce ideas around.

Our network aims to help Headteachers help each other as they:
● form and lead teams;
● balance tight budgets;
● manage school premises;
● tackle Human Resources issues;
● identify Health and Safety problems (ideally before they arise); and
● represent their school to a range of external stakeholders.
